Terms of use and payment

These terms explain in plain language how ELMARWA QR Studio accounts, plans and payments work. By creating an account or purchasing a plan, you agree to these terms.
1. About the service
ELMARWA QR Studio is a QR code creation and management system designed and developed by ELMARWA Technology Solutions. It provides tools for creating, editing, hosting and analysing dynamic QR codes.
The person or business that creates a QR code remains responsible for the text, files, links, images and other content published through that code.
2. Accounts and QR code limits
Each registered customer account receives three free dynamic QR codes. A paid plan adds its stated QR code allowance to those three free codes. The current limit and usage are shown inside the customer workspace.
Accounts are personal to their registered owner. Creating duplicate or misleading accounts to bypass free limits, rate limits or security controls is not allowed and may lead to restriction of the related accounts.
3. PayPal payments
When PayPal is available, payment credentials are handled through PayPal. ELMARWA records only the transaction information needed to identify and fulfil the order, such as the order reference, capture reference, amount, currency and payment status. ELMARWA does not store the full card number or CVV.
A plan is activated only after the server confirms that the payment was captured successfully. A pending, cancelled, failed or unverified transaction does not activate the plan.
4. InstaPay payments
InstaPay is a manually reviewed payment option in Egyptian pounds. The customer must transfer the exact amount shown in the order and upload a clear receipt using the payment page.
An uploaded receipt is not final proof of payment. Activation takes place only after authorised staff verify that the funds were actually received in the designated account.
5. Billing periods and renewal
The plan, billing period, currency and final amount are displayed before payment. Unless the checkout page clearly states that a payment is recurring, PayPal and InstaPay purchases are treated as one-time payments and are not renewed automatically.
If a recurring payment option is introduced later, its renewal schedule and cancellation method will be shown clearly before the customer approves it.
6. Prices, currencies and upgrades
The amount and currency displayed in the confirmed order are the amount and currency that apply. Currency conversion charges or payment-provider fees may be applied independently by the customer’s bank or payment provider.
Where a prorated upgrade is offered, the price is calculated using the remaining value of the active plan. The existing plan remains active until the upgrade payment has been successfully verified.
7. Expiry, suspension and preservation
When a paid period ends without renewal, paid creation capacity and paid features may be suspended. Existing customer data and QR codes are not automatically deleted solely because the paid period expired and may be reactivated after verified renewal.
A code or account may also be temporarily suspended when necessary to investigate fraud, a security incident, a payment dispute or harmful content.
8. Cancellations, refunds and disputes
A one-time payment has no future automatic renewal to cancel. Refund requests are reviewed based on duplicate charges, service usage, the reason for the request, applicable consumer law and the rules of the payment provider.
When a refund is approved, it will normally be returned using the original payment method where technically possible. A payment dispute or chargeback may temporarily restrict the related account while the transaction is reviewed.
9. Acceptable use
QR codes must not be used for malware, phishing, unlawful material, impersonation, fraud, unsolicited bulk messaging, intellectual-property infringement or attempts to bypass platform security.
ELMARWA may pause or block a harmful destination when reasonably necessary to protect visitors, customers or the service.
10. Availability and support
We work to keep the service secure and available, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed during maintenance, internet outages, provider interruptions or events outside our reasonable control.
